The set of rules and standards by which a society governs itself is known as a constitution. A constitution entails all the polices and the rights of the people in the given society.
"Accounting Standards" are what governs various ethical and legal aspects of accounting. It does not "stand" for anything.
"Delicadeza" in Tagalog refers to a sense of propriety, decency, or a code of ethics that governs behavior, particularly in relation to what is deemed socially acceptable and respectable. It often involves acting with consideration for others and upholding moral standards.
