Simply Put No. The name Jehovah is the accepted English translation of the name Yaweh which is the closest known pronuciation of the Divine name. And as we know in the lords prayer, Jesus first prays "our father in the heavens Hallowed be thy name", it would be impossible to do this without using it. The Name Jehovah is rejecyed by some who prefer to use Yaweh, Yaweh is an acceptable form of the divine name however Jehovah is the English tanslation, much like Jesus is the translation of Yeshua.
No, it wouldn't be. Psalms 83:18 That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth.By saying lord, it can mean many things. Only by using the name Jehovah would that be taking God's name in vain.

Ihuh is the Egyptian name for Jehovah. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Jehovah" is not even the name for god. It is a German attempt at pronouncing the Tetragrammaton in the Masoretic Hebrew scripture, however the Masoretic scribes intentionally placed the vowel points of the Hebrew word "Elohim" on the Tetragrammaton consonants instead of the correct ones (which are unknown as Jews will not pronounce it) to avoid the risk of accidentally "taking the name of god in vain" while reading the Hebrew scripture. When pronounced with these incorrect vowels the Tetragrammaton simply becomes a nonsense word.
My friend says isus krist instead of saying Jesus Christ because she does not want to take the lords name in vain.
Yes, but there's no point in saying that.
vain or conceited
If one is consciously using "gosh" as a slang for "Jehovah" or "God", then yes. However, if one is using the sound "gosh" as a substitute, because one loves God so much that one doesn't wish to take his name in vain, than no. Only you and Jehovah know your heart. So if one is concerned about that kind of thing, one should be careful. (And if one is underaged, one should respect their parent's wishes in this matter until they are old enough to decide for themselves in their own home.)
