Is the war between God and the devil really about good and bad aliens fighting over us?

No there are always external forces acting upon us. Many of them we don't know exist and many we cant measure.

Answer No. Gods and aliens are both excuses for the things we do to ourselves.

God is trying to save this universe and all greater creation from a devil who is quite viral in nature. Aliens aren't fighting over us. Aliens probably want to be good as they can understand good while trying to protect the stability and continuity of their life while not imposing too much damage on other life. All are unknowingly influenced and some become mean because they think everything we are doing here is ruining their planet. The devil and God are fighting. Well the devil is but not God. God just wants us to be on his side, and mind the influence of the accusing devil. God is always kind and tries to improve us in positive kind manners. The devil accuses every and blocks the positive communication with God and God's reality. After death God takes us away to a more protected realm, where need and needs are not so constrained, by the contrivences of the devil.
