If this question is in fact asking for the Jewish perspective, then, first you must know that the word Jehovah/Yahweh is Christian in origin and is not, nor ever has been, used by Jews.

God is neither male or female, as God has no form and is not a person. We use many 'names' for God, but they're not true names, they are merely descriptions of His aspects; and yes, there is at least one that is in the feminine form. The word describing God's presence is Shechinah.
