THE VEDAS are the most important and sacred texts of Hindus. The Vedas are the world's most ancient scripture.
The earliest written Vedas date to about 1400 B.C (Before the Common Era), but the songs they capture in letters are a great deal older, although no one can say by how much.
The language of the Vedas is Sanskrit, a language that is so holy that the very word Sanskrit means "perfect".
The original written Vedas are four:

The name of Brahman is given to God in Sanatana Dharma (which is mistakenly called Hinduism), however the concept is present in many other faiths.Reincarnation too is present in Sanatana Dharma but is also central to other faiths. The caste system is not a part of Sanatana Dharma, it came about as a corruption of the older varna system.

Yes, in a way. Hinduism's sanskrit name is "Sanatana Dharma," translated to "the right way to live." These duties (dharma) do not dictate religious instructions, but more instructions on life. For example, treating others with kindness regardless of race, color etc. Hinduism has no religious instructions on how to practice hinduism, but it does have instructions on how to live life in general.
Sanathana Dharma, this is the actual word. Not Hindu. meaning is "the natural and eternal way". Sanatana Dharma is anadi (without beginning) and also a-paurusheya (without a human founder).
The "Hindus" (not a name they necessarily call themselves) call their religion Sanatana Dharma.
well religions never allow that untill you convert to their religion.coz of "ism" they posses.if you are looking for answer than only dharma i.e. sanatana dharma/hinduism accepts it.
Hinduism is an ancient religious tradition that originates in the Indian Subcontinent. It has adherents throughout the world. No one continent can claim it as its own. India though is unique in that it was the well-spring of the Eternal Truth offerings of Hinduism (also known as the Sanatana Dharma).
