No. Hebron is miles away from Jerusalem. According to the gospel accounts he was crucified on a slight hill called 'Golgotha' at the 'Place of the Skull' just outside the old city walls of Jerusalem. The hill can still be seen there (of course it is now within the large sprawling modern city). There is also a rocky outcrop of rock there, which, in the right light looks a little like a skull. Whether or not this is what gave the site its name 'Place of the Skull' is still debated.
