All of Jesus's original disciples were Jews. However, Peter and Paul made the decision to preach to Gentiles after Jesus's death which is when we start seeing non-Jewish believers in the Christ.

Yes, although some like to be overly technical and say they were Hebrews, or Israelites, for Jews are technically only the descendants of Judah, one of the twelve tribes. And assuming by disciples you really mean apostles, since all true Christians are disciples, and very few of them are Jewish at the present.
