The existence of a daughter of Jesus is completely controversial. There is almost no evidence for or against the idea of Sarah, the daughter of Christ. In fact the only evidence I can think for the existence of her is the DaVinci painting, 'Madonna and Child,' which is made similarly to many paintings of Mary and Jesus, except that the mother is pictured in red instead of blue hinting that it is not Mary the mother of Jesus. It is also unclear what the sex of the baby is, and a pomegranet is shown in the picture representing fertility. If there was a daughter, she was probably unknown of by anyone but the direct family since she was never metioned in The Bible. She probably went on and lived a normal life either not knowing about her father, keeping her paternal line to herself like the rest of her family, or was completely ignored if she ever told the truth. The existence of her is questionable, so it is unlikely that there is any explanation to what happened to her.
