Why was Lucifer important?

Lucifer, in my opinion, isn't important at all. He never was, and he never will be. Satan [Lucifer] is the Devil. If you are a Christian, he will tempt you beyond your belief. When you are a Christian, you will try to overcome The Temptations. Sometimes, (since we are all human, no matter what are beliefs are.) Christians will fall into the temptation of Satan, but since Jesus died on the cross for our sins, (Jesus rose again on the 3rd day, which is why there is an Easter.) we are forgiven for all the sins we do. (Only if you have accepted Jesus into your heart to be your Saviour. When you're saved, when you die you will get to have an eternal life in Heaven! Forever and ever! If you're not saved, I will pray for you because you will be in for a rude awakening when you die.
