No, the Coptic Christians are an Orthodox religion and have their own patriarch who they call a pope. The Catholic pope was never a Coptic Christian.
The pope in Alexandria is only considered more important than the pope in Rome by members of the Orthodox Church, particularly the Coptic Orthodox Church.

A Coptic Christian is a person who belongs to the Coptic Orthodox Church. Coptic means Egyptian in the Coptic language (Evolved language from the Ancient Egytpian language). However since the Islamic/Arab conquest of Egypt, it refers to Christians, namely the Eastern 'Oriental' Orthodox sect. The Coptic Orthodox church was founded by St.Mark and belongs to the Eastern 'Oriental' Orthodox church, not the Eastern Orthodox, because of a schism, heresy or misunderstanding between definitons on the nature of Christ. The Coptic Orthodox church is headed by the Pope and Patriarch of all Alexandria, Pope Shenouda the Third. Note the word Pope was used by the Coptic church before the Catholic Pope asserted primacy, hence the title of Bishop of Rome. However it is not used in the same way as the Roman Catholics do, which means authority, but as the word 'father' in latin, while Patriarch is 'father' in Greek. If you know nothing about Coptic Christians you may know that the Nicene Creed was written by one of its fathers. Rosary beads and Monastacism originated from one of its saints and most of the martyrs in Christianity were Coptic just to give an idea to other sects that may not be familiar.
The Catholic Church has a pope as well as the Coptic Orthodox Church.
It depends on what you mean. If you are asking whether there was ever a Catholic Pope in Rome who was Arab, the answer is No. With the exception of Pope Francis, all of the Popes throughout history have come from Europe. If you are asking about any pope at all, then many of the Coptic Popes in Alexandria have considered themselves Arabs.
Only the Roman Catholic Church and the Coptic Orthodox Church use the term 'pope' for their leaders. Other Orthodox Churches, including the Greek Orthodox, use the term Patriarch. The present Coptic pope is Pope Tawadros II.
No, Saint Peter was always considered as the leader of the Church, no matter where he was at the time. He eventually ended up in Rome and was considered the Bishop of Rome as well as the leader of the Church. Eventually the title of pope was conferred on his successors.
No. The Pope is traditonally only in Christianity (other faith leaders in modern faiths have sometimes taken this title), of which the famous Pope is Roman Catholic, there are other christian leaders hwo hold the tile for example the Pope of the Coptic Church.
"Pope", means 'father', and usually refers to a Christian leader, not a Muslim one.The (Catholic) bishop of Rome, Pope Francis, and the (Coptic) bishop of Alexandria, Pope Tawadros II, are the most prominent examples. In Sunni Islam, leaders are identified with terms like Imam (worship leader), Mufti (religious legal scholar), Sheikh (tribal chief or respected elder). In Shia Islam: Ayatollah or Hujjat al-Islam are religious leaders/scholars.
