Were people doing bad or good things in the time of noah ark?

The scriptures show that the large majority of mankind during the pre-Flood era were doing what was bad (Genesis 6:5 & 7) and or ignoring the warning Jehovah God gave about destroying wicked society. (Matthew 24:37-39) There were a few good, loyal people that were around back then, hence why there were any Flood survivors at all. (1 Peter 3:20)
