The traditional Muslim greetings exchanged on Fridays are "Jumu'ah Mubarak" or "Blessed Friday" and "Assalamu Alaikum" which means "Peace be upon you."
Traditional ways to exchange Jumma greetings within the Muslim community include saying "Jumma Mubarak" (Blessed Friday) to each other, sending text messages or social media posts with Jumma greetings, and attending Friday prayers at the mosque where greetings are exchanged in person.

Nothing in religion forbids Muslims to work on Fridays as on other days of the week. So nothing forbids Muslims to work after dark on Fridays. Muslims are required on Fridays only during noon Praying to drop work and any business, as possible, and go for gathering Friday praying in Mosques.
Most people use typical Muslim greetings such as "Salaam Alaykum" - "Wa'alaykum as-Salaam", etc.
