Moses (Numbers 12:3)
If you are referring to the burning bush in the story of Moses that said "I am who I am." That is God.
In the Bible, Moses comes first, then Jesus, then Paul.
Moses did not write about Jesus specifically in the Bible. The Old Testament, which includes the books traditionally attributed to Moses, contains prophecies and foreshadowing of Jesus, but Moses himself did not write about him.

The bible does not say anything about dreaming for Jesus.
The Bible says that Moses was born long before the time of Jesus and clearly knew nothing of Jesus. It says that he followed God after he appeared to Moses in the burning bush.

Please, please read the Bible! Jesus did not give the Ten Commandments to Moses. Moses received the Ten Commandments from God.
