There are many Psalms that are more about how God, himself, helps others. A major theme of The Bible is to imitate God so you could take the way he helps those in need as a way to imitate him. Psalm 107 is a great example of this.

Psalm 72 is also a nice one to consider because God is instructing his appointed King in the way in which he should treat his people so the instruction would apply to anyone wanting to listen to God.

Psalm 82 is instructing the sons of the most high (angels), in the ways in which they should treat the lowly and the poor. It also includes a proclamation against rebellious angels (referred to as demons in the Bible) that would not listen to his instructions on this matter. So, again, the same points of instruction would apply to anyone wanting to listen to God.

Who wrote Psalm 73?

Tradition holds that the Psalm 73 was written by Asaph in the reign of King David. However, scholars say that the psalms were a literary genre unknown at the time attributed to David and Solomon. They were actually written during and after the Babylonian Exile. Further evidence for the date can be found in the text of this psalm. Verse 10 talks about God's people returning 'hither', implying the Return from the Exile. Verse 17 talks about the author going into the sanctuary of God, which suggests that the Second Temple had alreay been constructed. Psalm 73 is likely to have been written around 500 BCE or within the following century or so. The author is unknown.
