The majority of Africans are adherents of Christianity or Islam. African people often combine the practice of their traditional belief with the practice of Abrahamic religions. Abrahamic religions are widespread throughout Africa. They have both spread and replaced indigenous African religions, but are often adapted to African cultural contexts and belief systems. It was estimated in 2002 that Muslims form 45% of Africa's population, while Christians forming 40. Refer to link below for detailed information.

Syncretic. In Asia this is common; one can be a Buddhist and a Shintoist, or combine Taoism, Confucianism, and Buddhism, or one can be both a Muslim and a Hindu. In the West, this is becoming more common. The Catholic Church calls this "cafeteria spirituality" where the believer "picks and chooses" beliefs. Many people are both Christian and Buddhist, or follow New Age practices, which can blend just about everything together.

Answer AWe could not expect the followers of any one of these religions to adopt the beliefs and practices of the other two, but they can find ways of cooperating to help solve the problems of the world. The intentional exclusion of members of other faiths, such as Buddhism and Hinduism would suggest a proselytising agenda, so it is important that the leaders of all major religions be included in ecumenical forums. Moreover, secular organisations, even those representing or founded by atheists should be included in wider discussions. What leaders of the various religions can really do for the benefit of humanity is demonstrate that the religions they represent respect all others, regardless of faith, that there should be no conflict over religion or even lack of religion, and that they are all willing to work together. The mere fact of this is potentially of greater value than the charitable works they could perform together.Answer BIn addition to the above, that I fully agree upon, it is to be emphasized that all religions, whatsoever, share the same basic morals and conducts which is the religion part that should combine all humanity to work together for the good and welfare of humanity and our planet and in an atmosphere of mutual respect and tolerance.. The belief or faith part of the religion, which differs from one religion to another, is the religion part that is relevant to one and his/her worshiper and has nothing to do with human interrelationships and thus should not be looked at as a factor of conflicts between different religion followers.
