Rosaries can be made from pretty much anything, including wood, marble, pearl, plastic beads, I even saw a rosary made from what appeared to be pepper seeds. The Our Father prayer parts of the rosary are normally separated, or made larger than the Hail Mary beads.
Only Catholics use rosaries. Other Christians do not.

You can't because it is a sign of disrespect. Also it show that you don't care about the real meaning of it. You should hold it in your hands. You can have a rosary bracelet or key chain but it was made specifically for that purpose.
