Sikhism as such does not have braches. There are whats know as the Tat Khalsa, or those that follow the Sikh Rehat Maryada (Sikh Code of Conduct) as sanctioned by the Akal Takht (Sikh body responsible for Temporal affaires), and the SGPC (the Sikh body that looks after Sikh Gurdwara's).
There are variations on this by other Sikh groups such as
1) Dam Dami Taksal
2) Raroanwale
3) Akhanf Kirtani Jatha etc
