LDS slang/vocabulary varies from place to place, and most of it simply involves acronyms. Here are some that I could think of:

BOM: Book of Mormon

JST: Joseph Smith Translation

D&C: Doctrine and Covenants

RM: Returned missonary

YM/YW: Young men/young women

RS: Relief Society

GC: General Conference

FHE: Family home evening

YSA: young single adults

The Bretheren: The First Presidency and Quorum of Twelve Apostles

whites: Temple clothing

mutual: youth group/young men/young women

primary: children's Sunday school

mo-mo: a very conservative Mormon

molly Mormon: a very conservative Mormon woman

peter priesthood: a very conservative Mormon man

jack-Mormon or 'jack': a very liberal or non-traditional Mormon

inactive: a baptized Mormon who does not attend worship services

Sacrament meeting: the main family worship service

Fireside: a special evening sermon or event, often for youth

Devotional: a short introduction to a class or meeting involving a hymn, prayer, verse of scripture, and a thought or quote.

ward/branch: a congregation

stake/district: a group of congregations in the same locality or region

There aren't really anti-Mormon slurs or specific words used to upset members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Originally, the word "Mormon" was a derogatory slur, but church members rather quickly embraced the nickname. The word "Mormon", while originally used to offend, has now been adopted as almost a secondary title, which even the Church uses in public outreach (such as in Mormon.org or Mormon Helping Hands).Mormons do get offended when someone treats their faith lightly or openly mocks their beliefs. Most Mormons will accept respectful disagreement, but have little tolerance for blatantly rude or impudent comments designed to incite or offend. Individual members will often counter back to contemptuous remarks, while others will ignore them. In more official capacities, the Church generally takes advantage of the opportunity to correct misrepresentation, even if meant to mock or offend. Such is the case in the hit Broadway musical "The Book of Mormon". Although the play is blasphemous and profane, Mormons have made the best of the situation, offering free copies of the real Book of Mormon to audience members outside the theatre and taking out ads in playbills. The Church also makes an effort to correct misinformation in newsmedia.
