Each Witness is an individual, and learns what feels comfortable to them.
After a cordial introduction, and having their Bible already open in their hand,
Actually our door-step ministry is quite fun; (not that we do it for fun). We take our ministry seriously; and try to vary what we say, to engage people in conversations; our Bible always ready.
Our door-step ministry gives us the real pulse of the religious community, in all its bareness. People are at ease at their own door. Some really open up. So, we've heard it all. Others put up a real good front; then their neighbors tell us the true story of their messed up lives.
As one of the minor prophets said: "There is a famine in the land. A famine not for bread. A famine for understanding the words of Jehovah." In our ministry, we see the spiritual starvation; and we are right there at their door, to help them.
As a Jehovahs Witness, I can inform you that Jehovahs Witnesses as a group do not have any birthing rituals.
If you're talking about Germany... Jehovahs Witnesses refused the nazi-salute and the military service (according to their religious belief). Therefore they were sent to concentration camps (where some of them died).
Yes, there are some.
I would recommend the video "No Blood - Medicine Meets the Challenge". Ask any of Jehovah's Witnesses to get it for you when they call at your door.
Christian ResponseJehova's witness cannot claim to be desciples of Christ. Where was the church before C.T. Russel was born ? The church could not have been formed by some, person !
There are many different type of Christianity based religions. Jehovah's Witnesses are one themselves. Being a christian is basically about believing that Christ was alive, and that he did come to earth at one point in time. The difference about Jehovah's witnesses and some other Christians is that Jehovahs witnesses believe that Christ was Jehovah's son, not God himself. And so, to answer your question, Jehovahs witnesses do not date girls or boys from different religions, Christian or not. If someone were to be in a relationship with a person who has a different god, it would almost be like he believes in that god as well. If a witness were to date a girl or boy of a different religion, it would be because he or she is not truly worshiping Jehovah.
Only YOU can say how often YOU communicate with others daily. Each person will be different some people are shy and reticent and others confident and social.
According to the official Watchtower website 2010 annual report there are 113 congregations in Malaysia. I don't know the number of Kingdom Halls as this figure is not available. Some congregations may share the same Hall as others.
I grew up as a Jehovahs witness and I always felt worse when people made a huge deal in making thing separate. All people are different in their beliefs and some are more strict then others, but in general Jehovahs witnesses are kind and will resectfully back away if there is anything that they feel uncomfortable with. Just talk to the person, I am sure they will let you know how they feel, and where they draw the line. For the most part though they will not take part of any holiday events and if they have been practiceing long they will be use to not being involved.
If you want to convince yoor mum to let you buy a BB gun then you should do some research or make some point on why you should have the gun i.e safety!
sorry, but you need to make this question more understandable. I dont get it.
Some do have large families others choose not to have children, its a decision made between marriage mates.
