7 capital sins
Capital (from the Latin 'caput' meaning head) sins or cardinal sins or the 7 deadly sins were a system devised by the Catholic faith in early church history to help instruct mankind in their fallen tendencies to sin. It is primarily concerned with 'vices' which can be either venial or mortal, depending on the situation, but "are called 'capital' because they engender other sins, other vices" (Wikipedia: 7 Deadly Sins). The Bible simply states that all sins (except the Unpardonable Sin) are just that sin - transgression or crossing the line and missing the mark of God's Law.
CAPITAL SINS are the sins that can lead us to more SERIOUS sin. The Capital sins are Pride, Avarice(greed), Envy, Wrath(anger), Gluttony, Lust, and Sloth(being lazy).
