All Catholic Church (structure) accepts baptism of any member of the Catholic Church (we, the people are the Church).

.

Catholic AnswerNot real sure what you're asking. The Catholic Church accepts any baptism done in any other Church as long as it is either done with immersion, or the water is poured on the forehead, along with the words, "I baptise you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit (Ghost)," WITH the intention to do what the Church does when it baptizes. The person doing the baptism does not even have to be baptized themselves. The person pouring the water and saying the words must be the same person. It must be pure water, and it cannot just be sprinkled. It there is any doubt about the intention, the actual running of pure water, or the formula used, then the baptism will need to be repeated conditionally.

Is the Pope head of all Catholic Churches or only Roman Catholic Churches?

The term "catholic" is claimed by both the Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church. The Roman Catholic Church includes all the Churches that accept the authority of the pope in Rome, including certain Eastern Churches. The Eastern Orthodox Church does not accept the authority of the pope in Rome. The pope is the spiritual leader of all Christians. However, the Protestants and Orthodox do not recognize that leadership.

Does the Roman Catholic Church recognize a Presbyterian baptism?

Yes, of course, all Christian baptisms that are done with the intention of doing what Christ did, using the correct procedure are considered valid by the Catholic Church. If the Baptism was done "In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" and water was utilized through pouring or immersion, yes. I am currently handling the forms for the RCIA in my parish (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults), and we accept all Christian baptisms as valid with very few exceptions. Non-Christian baptisms such as Jehovah Witnesses and Mormons, and invalid baptisms are not accepted, but Presbyterian certainly is.

If you made your confirmation at an Episcopal Church and made a mistake could you be confirmed in a Catholic church?

Whether or not you made a 'mistake' in the Episcopal Church you would still need to be confirmed in a Catholic Church. Confirmation is an affirmation on your part that you accept the promises made at your baptism by your Godparents and do, in fact 'confirm' your status as a Catholic.

Does baptist church have infant baptism?

If infant baptism is considered part of salvation then the baptist church does not do it. Some baptist churches will have an infant dedication that sets aside those that will assist in the christian training of the youth. This may include the laying on of hands, prayer of dedication and a re-dedication of those that are related to the infant. An infant is not considered a church member until the decision is made by the individual to accept Jesus as Savior and request membership.
