Actually, the Introit is the entrance antiphon of the Mass, typically sung as the priest and ministers enter the church and approach the altar at the beginning of the service. It is a part of the Proper of the Mass, not the Ordinary, which consists of the unchanging parts of the Mass like the Kyrie, Gloria, Credo, Sanctus, and Agnus Dei.

Today, post Vatican II, there is little distinction between a High Mass and a Low Mass. The terms are rarely used. In a High Mass, most of the prayers and responses are sung, or chanted, by the priest and choir or congregation. In a Low Mass, the prayers and responses are spoken. Today, there is usually a mixture of both spoken and sung prayers and responses. You might have to go to the Vatican or to one of the Catholic churches that use the old Tridentine (Latin) rite to see a true High Mass these days. Also, in a High Mass, additional candles are lit and incense may be used during the Mass. Prior to Vatican II, most parishes would have one main Mass, a High Mass, each Sunday and all other masses that day would be Low Masses.

The sequentia is part of the proper of the Catholic Mass. It is a specific type of chant that is sung during certain liturgical celebrations, particularly on feast days, and it follows the Alleluia before the Gospel. Unlike the ordinary parts of the Mass, which remain the same for every celebration, the sequentia can vary depending on the specific feast being celebrated.
