There are many things, mostly spiritual, that Jesus promised his disciples, but I suppose the greatest thing was the baptisim of the Holy Ghost, (Acts 1.4,5)
Jesus' disciples
They all faithly remained Jesus disciples after his death.
Jesus' disciples were primarily Jewish.
No Jesus did not make a mistake in choosing the twelve disciples. He knew exactly who to chose and what their actions, good or bad would be. Jesus did not and does not make mistakes. He is the Son of the living God.
The disciples viewed Jesus as the Messiah; the son of God.
The disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray.
i'm pretty sure they all had something to do before Jesus asked them to be his disciples.
Why did Jesus call the disciples?Jesus called the disciples because He wanted followers. The disciples (Jesus' followers) set an example for people back in Biblical times. The disciples were very helpful (most of them anyways.)
they were really the disciples of jesus. they just denied him in fear of being arrested because they were his disciples
Yes, the church is made up of Jesus's disciples.
