There are also stories about men and women who trusted God, men and women of faith.

For example Noah - God instructed Noah to build the ark to save his family from the flood - Genesis chapters 6,7,8,9,

For example the story of Abraham - God told Abraham to go to a new land which God would give to his descendants. Found in Genesis chapters 12-25.

The story of David and Goliath found in 1Samuel chapter 17.
