This is not actually a Biblical allusion. There is no passage in The Bible which states any part of that sentence, nor is there any part of the Bible which indirectly refers to any part of that sentence.

Can a biblical lifestyle prevent bullying?

Given that the bible itself is a narrative that is filled with violence, it is not apparent to me how a biblical lifestyle would prevent bullying. One might argue that a true Christian would not bully other people, which may be true, although there is a huge amount of violence in the history of Christianity (the Inquisition comes to mind, and the Crusades) but one can argue that this does not represent true Christianity, it merely represents Christians who misinterpreted their religion. But then, it would always seem to be possible for Christians to misinterpret their religion. Religion has hardly saved the world from violence, and religion has been around for a very long time, and has had lots of opportunities to make the world more peaceful if that was indeed what religion has to offer us. So I am very skeptical that a biblical lifestyle can prevent bullying.

Where did christians fight gladiators?

The Christians did not fight gladiators. Gladiators were professional athletes and there would be no point in them fighting (mostly) unskilled Christians. The closest to an actual gladiatorial fight would be when a condemned man, either a Christian or any other criminal, was given a sword and made to fight an opponent in the arena. If the condemned man won, another fighter was sent out against him, and this was repeated until the first man was killed.

How are the Christians to treat the Freemasons?

This gives us an opportunity to learn the true nature of Christians. If they believe Jesus said to love others as themselves, do Christians really love others, including Freemasons? Surely we should at least treat Freemasons with respect and friendship.
