The book is the book of Job-pronounce"Joeb/johb" and "job" like as to where one works.
in the book of Job it tells a story of a man, and in this story the Adversary,"Satan/devil" whatever one wants to call him, is talking to God and God tells the adversary to look at his servant Job, a good and righteous man of great wealth and prosperity, but Satan says that if he (Satan) can tempt Job or hurt him some how that he could get Job to curse god, so God says to Satan, go ahead. BUT you can not TAKE Job's life, so Satan takes all of job's wealth, his herds of live stock, all his wealth, everything but his wife and job stays true! At that point it is obvious that God won and Job passed this test, but then the adversary says to god, yeah ok but if you would let me inflict physical harm he would definitely curse you, so god says go ahead. This time Satan inflicts him with boils all over his body and all kinds of nastiness. Even Job's wife says, "just curse God so you can die" but Job refused to curse God.
In the bible the word STILL is used when Jesus tells the storm to be still.
the bible tells me that god and jesus are real and reassures me that everything will be ok in the end. God will come to save us
Job
Two come to my mind. Jesus tells the storm to be still. And the other is in the old testament , when god tells the Jews Be still and know that I am god.
The Bible. It tells you everything you need to know about life, and guides you.
Very many times. In fact the Bible tells us to give thanks in everything. (1 Thessalonians 5.18)

Well we believe in one thing, the Holy Bible and everything it tells us. It tells us that there is a God, a Jesus and a Holy Spirit and that these three things added are one. Open the Holy Bible at any segment, read it... we belive that. Jajaja.
The Trinity is a difficult concept to wrap your mind around. But the Bible tells us that there is a distinction between the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, together but still separate. It also tells us that God created everything, the earth, Heaven, the angels, ect. But the Son, Jesus, was like God, eternal. He has no begining or end. As humans there are so many things that we do not understand but the Bible tells us that someday we will learn the answers to life's most mysterious secrets.
No, He wants us to wait and find certain things out in heaven. He is the greatest mystery.... I think the bible tells about every thing except the time and the hour when he is to return.
The Bible is the only book where God is speaking to us. The Bible is God telling us what we need to do with our lives. The Bible tells us that God is everything. He is omnipresent (everywhere), merciful, everlasting, caring, loving, all powerful, unchangeable, He is everything! It tells us that God came down in human form, lived in human life, and then died in pain for us. When Jesus came back to real life after 3 days, that meant that we could now speak to God on our own. Whatever questions you have about God, you can find the answer in the Bible. When you read the Bible, you're reading the word of God.
