Zechariah 11:12, 13. In Matthew 27:9 this prophecy is attributred to Jeremiah, and many people wonder why. The fulfillment of prophecy recorded by Matthew is based on "what was spoken through Jeremiah the prophet." Jeremiah was at times placed first in "the book of the prophets," and this section of prophecies therefore included not only Jeremiah's writings but also those of Zechariah. The quotation made by Matthew appears to be drawn principally from Zechariah 11:12, 13, but paraphrased by Matthew and applied to the circumstances fulfilling it, this under inspiration by God's spirit. In the book of Psalms we are told of Judas.
The chapter of Judas is in the new testament, its all the way to the end right next to the Apocalypse.
The account of Matthias being chosen to replace Judas Iscariot is found in Acts 1:15-26.
Matthew 10:2-4 Mark 3:16-19 Luke 6:13-16 Acts 1:13 tells the remaining 11 after Judas was dismissed.
in the book of Acts.. read always the bible..
Depends on which book of the bible you're reading. In Luke 6:16 there is mention of Judas brother of James and then Judas Iscariot. But in Matthew all the apostles are repeated except Judas is switched with Thaddeus.
