The Hebrew Calendar is not measured in centuries, but Jewish tradition holds that the Exodus took place around the years 2400-2500. This is just a traditional number though, since no one truly knows when the events of the Hebrew Bible took place, if at all.
Nisan, which is the month of spring (Exodus ch.16). In the Western calendar, the Exodus was in April.
The biblical account does not suggest that any Hebrew slaves remained in Egypt at the time of the Exodus. From a historical perspective there was no biblical Exodus from Egypt, according to over 90 per cent of scholars. Therefore a historian would not say whether any Hebrew slaves stayed in Egypt in the Exodus story.
