Paul who used to be called Saul, was a very devout Jew who persecuted the Christians. He made life hard for them and had many imprisoned and some killed. But God still had use for him just as he does for us. Jesus got ahold of him and called him Paul and put him to work for Jesus.

Paul was one of the most feared people to the early Christian church. But Jesus proved that no matter how bad someone is, they can still change and be saved. That is why it is called "Good News."
