Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.w.) feared Allah alone. However, it was a scary experience for him when the angel Jibrael transferred on a revelation but you can't actually say he(pbuh) feared it because he(pbuh) considered it his duty and, as his wife told him in the beginning of prophethood, he(pbuh) knew no danger would befall him.
