What do Sikhs think will happen to them when they die?

Sikhism does not concern itself with Armageddon. When will this earth or universe would come to an end is not the concern of Sikh. A Sikh should follow the teachings of Sikh Gurus and meditate on the God's Name. Thus, there is no Armageddon for Sikhs.

The Goal of Sikhism is to be One with God (Gurmukh).

Sikhs believe that if one is Kind, Charitable, Selfless etc one moves closer to God and therefore is at one with God and the Universe. Upon death Sikhism believes the Gurmukh achives this.

The Manmuk (or self centered person), is a prisoner to the 5 thieves Kaam (lust), Krodh (anger), (Moh ) Materialism, Lobh (Greed), and Hankaar (Egotism). The person inefefct becomes a prisoner to these things and finds no peace, even in life or death. He/She after death is then reborn again.
