What do you have to do for God to save you from hell if I'm damned?

All you need to do is ask him to save you. John 3:16 sums up the gospel very well.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life"

As with the thief on the cross next to Jesus, all he needed to do was ask for Jesus to remember him. It's what your heart is trying to express (under the clumsy words we use) that is important.

Unlike what protestants would have you believe, repentance is a lifelong task, repentance is a turning away from sin and a turning towards God. In other words, you must be sorry for your sins, and this sorry must change your life completely. You must live the rest of your life entirely for God, the only reason we are on earth is to make this decision, whether to spent the rest of eternity in heaven with God, or in hell without Him in eternal suffering. Eternal, as in never ending. The VERY short time you have left on earth is just exactly enough time for you to complete this decision with no time left over. That means that every single thing you do from now on is grounded in the decision to say "yes" to God, and "no" to sin and Satan.

Of course not, that would be a logical fallacy, like asking "can God make a square circle?" God can certainly make a circle into a square, but then it is no longer a circle. God can and will save you from anything, including hell, but only if you allow Him to. Although God can do anything He wants to, He has set up certain "rules" if you will, that the world is made by, and that He is going to abide by. One of those is that if you choose anything other then Him, you condemn yourself to hell for all eternity. And He will respect this decision. God saves no one against their will.
