I think if you were baptised into the catholic church then you are already a catholic, but you may also want to check out "Holy Communion" and "Confirmation".

The rite of baptism confers one as an active member of the Catholic Church and adult baptism includes a profession of faith as well. All you need to do is go forward in the Christian life by seeking to love, serve and worship God through the sacraments He has provided and the virtues He teaches through His Church. I would recommend taking up a particular devotion to say during the day along with your daily prayers and I would recommend the Rosary as it is an absolutely beautiful prayer. I would also encourage you to learn your faith by obtaining good Catholic books that teach the doctrines and history of the Church and its saints.

Roman Catholic AnswerYou need to call the Office at the local Catholic Church and speak with the secretary or priest, they can arrange for you to be brought into the Church. The priest will speak with you and arrange for you to take RCIA classes - which will educate you in the faith.
