It is clean clothes which cover (for a girl) all of the arm up to the hands, all of the hair and covers the ankles. Basically the only skin to be shown for a girl is the face and hands. For men it is not obligatory to wear those 'hats' as people call them. But anyway men's ankles are to be shown unlike the females.
