I'm pretty sure that a full length beard and turban are both signs of faith in God. The reasoning goes that, if God had wanted men to be beardless or have short hair then he could have made men not grow beards, or made hair stop growing at a certain length. Therefore, since God wants men to have beards, it would be an affront to God to cut it. Devout Sikh men don't cut their hair, so they have long beards and wear turbans to keep the hair on their heads in place.

Well, the thing is every single person has their own views on how handsome a Sikh man is with his turban and beard. Some people of various faiths and religions would love a Sikh guy and they would enjoy it. On the other side, there are many females who don't like turbans and beards, even in the Sikh religion, and I hope this sums it up that it just depends on the individual and not an entire world. In fact their could be very beautiful women who would like a Sikh man, and some ugly women would not even think about it.
