God is the Creator. As such He is continually creating and the Bible tells us the future time when physical humans will be 'born again' into spiritual members of the God Family.

If you are referring to the re-creation account in Genesis 1 & 2, then God rested on the 7th day - the meaning of sabbath which this too points to a final rest for all mankind in the future.
