Jews. It is part of the Jewish faith that first they should answer to God only after that they should answer to man.

That is not a Jewish concept. On the contrary, Jews are commanded to be circumspect and honor the king (Proverbs 24:21) and pray for him (Mishna, Avot 3:2). We are answerable to the local government and must be law-abiding (Talmud, Bava Kama 113a; Code of Jewish Law, Choshen Mishpat 369:7). Any Jews who are brazen enough to (illegally) instigate against authority are traditionally shunned for such behavior (Proverbs, ibid).
