What happen to the people that do not get the victory over the beast of revelation?

First realize that the Beast doesn't appear until the onset of the Great Tribulation... until after the collapse of the global economy, the collapse of nations, and a great distress has taken hold of the world.

Then, remember, that for "victory" to be achieved over the Beast... one must be able to recognize who and what it is in order that one may "fight" against it.

As "Grasshopper's" mentor once told him in the "Kung Fu" TV series; "Where there is no contention, there is neither victory nor defeat."

The Bible tells us that the "whole world" will clamor after the Beast in willing adoration... seeking his salvation.

"The WHOLE WORLD was astonished and followed the Beast. Men worshiped the Dragon [Satan - Rev.12:9] because he had given authority to the Beast, and THEY ALSO WORSHIPED THE BEAST and asked, 'Who is like the Beast? Who can make war against him?" (Rev.13:3-4 NIV)

Notice the world's attitude regarding the Beast. THEY LOVE HIM. Some kind of global wars or battles shall have taken place in which the Beast shall have been resoundingly successful... probably appearing to have "saved the world" for which the world shall be undyingly grateful.

Notice that Satan [the deceiver of the whole world - Rev.12:9] shall have given the Beast: "...his power and his throne and great authority..." (Rev.13:2 NIV) in the distressed, deceived world.

The world shall see the Beast as "worthy of voluntary worship"... not as an enemy to fight against!!! The world shall not perceive the Beast as anything over which they need to gain VICTORY.

The Beast is revealed to work in collusion with "another Beast" [a powerful religious leader; the False Prophet] who shall command idol worship of the Beast:

"...He had two horns like a lamb [the False Prophet shall appear to the world Christ-like... God-like], but he spoke like a Dragon [his words shall be satanic lies and deception]. Heexercised all the [satanic] authority of the first Beast on his behalf, and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first Beast... And he performed great and miraculous signs... in full view of men. Because of the signs he was given power to do on behalf of the first Beast, HE DECEIVED THE INHABITANTS OF THE EARTH. He ordered them to set up an image in honor of the Beast... He was given power to give breath to the image of the first Beast, so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed." (Rev.13:11-15 NIV)

This is a world [the one we live in now] that, even now, does NOT KNOW the Truth of God's Word. Even now... the world lives under the Dragon's deception and lies... to which a world full of conflicting, resentful, hateful religions attests.

Even now... the world is not knowledgeable in the Truth of God's Word, to recognize who its real enemy is. So that it might turn to its Creator for His Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding; whereby it might begin to "fight" the god of this world... that "victory" might be attained over him.

Most of mankind has lived and died in ignorance of God's Truth... and very few have gotten "victory" over the Dragon.

Therefore... those who shall live to see the rise of the Beast in the world will merely be among the vast majority of "deceived" mankind... and die in their sins.

They shall have received "neither victory, nor defeat." For they shall have never contended with the Dragon... nor with his Beast.

They shall all resurrect in "second resurrection" in the "Great White Throne Judgment" [see Rev.20:11-15].

Then, they shall all have the Truth of God revealed to their hearts and minds... and decide if they want true "victory" through the Judge of all the earth," Jesus Christ.

Throughout the history of the world... only those whom God has called out of the world have achieved Christ's "victory" over the Dragon and the world.

God's saints shall resurrect at the time of Jesus' return in the "First Resurrection"... rule with Christ on earth for a thousand years... and be there in the Judgment, to begin teaching the unsaved in the second resurrection God's Truth... that they might come to choose Christ and be saved.

"I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to Judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the Word of God. They had not worshiped the Beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands..."

[these saints of God shall have gotten "victory" because GOD HAD CALLED THEM OUT OF THE WORLD AND REVEALED HIS TRUTH TO THEM; emphasis, mine. These aren't just those who shall have survived the coming Great Tribulation... but all of God's called throughout history: all who have fought the Dragon since Adam and Eve... and who have understood the "beastly" government systems of men [see Daniel 7], that have all been of the Dragon's design]

"...They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the FIRST RESURRECTION. Blessed and Holy are those who have part in the First Resurrection. The SECOND DEATH has no power over them [because they shall rise, in Christ, immortal], but they will be Priests of God and of Christ and will reign with Him for a thousand years." (Rev.20:4-6 NIV)

The "rest of the dead" who resurrect a thousand years after the return of Jesus Christ will be the vast majority of deceived mankind... including that end time generation that shall experience the soon-coming Great Tribulation, the Beast and the False Prophet... and who never knew or understood that they needed to get any kind of a "victory" over the Dragon and Beast that they worshiped.

The Dragon's deception will be removed from their hearts and minds, then. And once they are armed with God's Truth... they can make an "informed decision" and victory can be theirs, then. If they, then, choose the correct God to worship. He'll be the One who shall be seated on the Great White Throne before them.
