Moses destroyed them upon his descent from Mount Sinai. The Israelites had melted all of their gold to make a golden calf statue/idol. In rage Moses threw the God-etched tablets on the ground and broke them. As punishment for their making an idol, Moses had the statue ground up and made them drink it with water. As punishment for his breaking of the tablets, God made Moses carve a new set himself. This set was then set inside of the Ark of the Covenant and are still missing as is the Ark. Exodus 32-34
The burning bush came much earler, to the ten commandments.
The Original Ten Commandments.
The original ten commandments given to Moses was written on tablets o stone with gods own hand, there were two such tablets.
The original Commandments - carved onto tablets of stone - were kept in the Ark of the Covenant.
Judaism, however, the term 'Ten Commandments' isn't a correct translation of the original Hebrew. In truth, they're called the Ten Statements or Ten Utterances.
What are often called the Ten Commandments in English, came from Judaism. In truth, the original Hebrew name is 'Asseret HaDibrot' or Ten Statements in English.

Horeb is another name for Sinai, the mountain on which God communicated with the Prophet Moses, and gave him the Ten Commandments.
