Mainstream Muslims would do one of two things:
1)Most likely, the parents of both the guy and girl will pressure their respective children into marrying one another to avoid embarrassment.
2)The girl raises the child herself. But if the father of the child is a Muslim, he'll likely want a role in raising the child (and for the child to have his name). This could get complicated (visitation rights, support payments etc.).
If her family is secular/non-practicing, they'd force her to get an abortion.
If her family is extremist, she might have to run away from home. Her family wouldn't be able to harm her even if they wanted to while she's pregnant, since doing that would harm their unborn grandchild.

Answer As the couple belong to different religions, Islam and Christinity, the both religions will not consider this case as marriage and this comes under general law of the country where they are living and the decision has to come from the court of law

It depends...when you say be together as in: "boyfriend-girlfriend" then no, but when you say be together as in talking about marriage together while your parents gave you permission too, then yes. But no dating. Even with muslim boys.
Yes on condition that she is sure that she can guide him to the right path of God and make from him a good Muslim with good reputation. She can push him for that before marriage to be sure that he is willing for change to the good.
Some of these rules are: * A Muslim man can marry a Muslim, Christian, or Jewish woman. * A Muslim woman can marry only a Muslim man. * A Muslim woman could married for her beauty, family social ranking, richness, and/or morals/religion. Priority should be given to the morals/religion.

Nikah is the most important and main part of a muslim wedding.its basically a ceremony in which marriage is pledge before an imam and 2 eyewitnesses. Valima is the 2nd part of a muslim wedding.its a wedding feast where the friends and relatives of bride and groom are invited to celebrate.
We don't date because we do not believe in having a relationship before marriage. That is why we have respect. The concept of 'dating'is fairly recent in most societies, generally less than 100 years old. Most societies, not only Muslim, are wary of, or prohibitive of, couples of opposite sex going off on their own.
He sins.
Yes, of course, she can choose her future husband but she is not allowed to practice with him any sex (oral or intercourse) before marriage. He should be Muslim. One of the requirements of the licit marriage per Islam religion is the approval of the girl or the woman on the man who asks for her marriage.
In Islam, you can not marry a pregnant woman unless she gives birth, this is if she was married to another man, then got divorce or her husband died, this marriage is then illegal, and any act that is done as a result is considered a sin.But if this pregnancy was due to an affair with the person who married her later on, this is considered a sin, for committing adultery, but as long as she married that same person, both are then recommended to ask for forgiveness. As for divorce, a Muslim can divorce his wife, when he sees he can't continue that marriage, regardless to the reasons, but he is recommended not to divorce his wife during her days of menses, though that divorce is legal, but the husband is then committing a prohibited act that needs asking for forgiveness. The question does not clarify if the wife was pregnant of the same husband that she married or from someone else. However,if the wife was pregnant of the same husband that she married, then both are sinful for having intercourse sex without marriage (called in Arabic Zena).if the wife is pregnant from someone else who is not the husband, then there are two possibilities:either the husband knew that she is pregnant from someone else, then the marriage is illegal and is not licit. The marriage should be after the woman giving birth, orthe husband does not know that she was pregnant then marriage happened with cheating and marriage built on cheating is again not licit and is illegal. Cheating is forbidden in Islam. In any case, divorce is allowed in Islam if both sides, husband and wife, feel that marriage continuation is no longer possible.
