Well, yes, because Christmas is Jesus's birthday, whom is talked about in the New Testament! Another opinion Christmas as a word is not in The Bible. The celebration of Christmas started with the Roman Catholic church. The word Christmas comes from "Christ Mass," a mass celebrated in the Catholic church celebrating the birth of Christ. Early Christians did not celebrate the birth of Christ.

When I read these verses I realized Jesus Christ asked us to remember Him by why He lived and died through Passover not through his birth (Which Jesus didn't ask us to Do).

It was invented by the Catholic church a very long time ago to give a "religious" meaning to the winter solstus celebrations of the pegans.

In doing this they could say to the pegans that they too celebrated that day and intice them into the roman church. No where in scripture is the suggestion we should celebrate the birth of the Messiah.
