I am looking for the Catholic church established by nuns from Germany around 1600's to 1700's.

Unique thing: when the church was finished , the choir loft had no stairs. So the nuns fasted for 40 days and on the 40th day a man came walking with a mule and had wood and tools to build the spiral staircase. The nuns wrote that it was built by an angel. The stairs are an engineering feat to this day because there are no supports, just horse hair and other substances holding the staircase together.
