A worship programme can refer to a couple of things:

1) Like at a theater or other place where you might see live entertainment, there is usually a playbill or programme available. Many churches also offer these as a way of following the sermon, so that you know when certain songs are sung or when to stand or sit. These are also popular at Christian events, where there might be a variety of presentations and performances.

2) A programme (or program) can also refer to a series of sermons given over a series of subsequent sermons- A minister might arrange a program about the beatitudes, for example, and highlight one each week.
