Probably, an Agnostic Roman Catholic is an oxymoron, or a contradiction in terms.

An agnostic is usually thought of as someone who does not know if God exists or not, and a Roman Catholic can be thought of as someone who does believe in God. Of course, one can easily imagine someone saying that he was raised as a Roman Catholic, or was formerly a Roman Catholic, but now he is an Agnostic. Perhaps that's what Agnostic Roman Catholic means.
