Do you mean 'Nikah'? Nikah has certain regulations and rules. Eg. A man says to another man " I give my daughter to you " and the other man replies " i accept" in front of the the girl then this is accepted. For a Nikah to be valid there has to be two males or one male and two females. If there is no male then it is not valid. If one of them is immature it is not valid. The marriage cannot happen unless the boy and girl getting married want to. I hope this helps you.
