This is a great question! There are lots of things about Jesus that are very admirable, one of my favorites is that He valued doing what was right so much that he gave up the things He deserved in order to do the right thing and to tell the truth.

Jesus came to a nation (Israel) who were supposed to be God's special people, to give them the greatest gifts from God, and yet He received the opposite of thanks for doing it.

Jesus was a rabbi, a very important person in the Jewish culture, and yet He spent time being kind to the poor and unpopular people, and the thanks He got was that people looked down on Him for it (Matt. 9:10-11).

Jesus showed compassion and healed someone in distress, and His thanks was that people came saying "Oh, He's only helping these people by evil power, not God's power" (Matt 9:27-34).

Jesus points out that John the Baptist fasted and didn't drink and people mocked him saying "He's demon posessed," but when people see that Jesus ate and drank just like they all did, they still mocked him saying "Well he's a glutton and a drunk" (Matt 11:18-9).

Jesus takes the time to heal a man whose arm was damaged, and the Pharisees respond to this by saying "Let's find a way to get Jesus killed" (Matt 12:9-13).

So we see that this righteous man who spent all His time having mercy on those who couldn't help themselves and telling the truth about God was mocked, called a liar, called a drunk and called a sinner for his trouble. He came from the God that the Jewish people were supposed to be paying attention to, and they responded by murdering Him.

That tells us about Jesus' admirable quality: He was so focused on doing right that He told the truth even though it made people want to kill Him, He spent His time with those who weren't important even though people made fun of Him for it and even though He knew that God loved Him and that He should have been treated like a king, He allowed a bunch of angry, brutal people to spit in His face, make fun of Him for being loved by God, mock Him for not using the power He claimed He had and even kill Him so He could complete God's plan to save those very same people. Even if a person doesn't believe that Jesus was really God's son, it's hard to deny how amazing Jesus' dedication and passion for helping those who hated Him was (Matt 26:67, 27:27-31).
