Spirituality is the art of inner science. It is a technic, which u can call methods for the art of living. Not only yoga and meditation can teach u inner science, u should take it from your life's experience for a healthy life mentally and physically. But many people thing that it is a way to reach GOD. They simply do yoga and meditation without knowing its purpose. Reading holy books, praying and preaching god and listening to spiritual speeches and developing good habits, doing good to others, etc.. is not spirituality, its morality. Spirituality lies within you, don't search it outside. Yoga and meditation are great scientifical methods of inner science....
It is like closing your eyes and feeling the breeze... try to feel it. its not a material to see.
Sprituality
Felix Vernet has written: 'Mediaeval sprituality' -- subject(s): Mysticism
Neo-Spirituality was created by Hiroyoshi Kuwahara as a combination of Japanese and British spirituality. Adherents say that neo-spirituality is about getting "closer to God" rather than being a religion. This may seem a fine distinction, but it is probably part of the rejection of organised religion in Europe.
The question itself is totally wrong , what do u mean by performing beas ,? In sprituality no-one looks at what u do to earn livelihood, but everyone should be pure at heart , so after reading entire thing about beas , none of u is still clear in thoughts , stop asking such unrequired question.
Some people would say that one's greatest hope is to help others. Discovering new possibilities, engineering, medicine, religion, and sprituality, all being condidate realms, can certainly bring go a long way towards meeting that hope.
Yes because putting your sprituality on facebook is like flipping off God. No one gives a crap about facebook and neither does God and he doesn't want to be part of your fake social life. On the other hand if no one cares about my facebook why are you looking at it? And as far as that goes who are you to say what God cares about or not? Also noreply i use my name. Want to tell me yours?
The pyramid with an eye, known as the Eye of Providence or the All-Seeing Eye, has different interpretations depending on context. In many cultures, it is a symbol of divine providence, enlightenment, or spiritual insight. However, in some conspiracy theories, it is associated with surveillance, control, or secret societies. Ultimately, the symbolism can be positive or negative depending on personal beliefs and the specific context in which it is used.
Exploring an obsessive psyche
Sports is related to religion in one main way. Before games and tournaments many sports teams pray to their god for victory. Some teams have superstitions and believe that by praying before the contest they will be victorious. Some religions have certain rituals such as dancing around a fire before they engage in their respected activity. Dr. Nathan M. Hasenfratz M.D. Harvard University Graduating Class of 2000
The eightfold path concentrates on the following: View, intention, speech, action, livelihood, effort, mindfulness and concentration. The Buddhist path focuses mostly on attitudes creating correct outward actions. For the most part, intent is the important aspect of sprituality. The ten commandments concentrate on: Honoring parents, holy Sabbath day, stealing, lying, murder, coveting, adultery, prohibition of image of God, prohibition of other gods, and the prohibition of speaking God's name. The focus is opposite, creating more specific rules of outward actions to improve the inner person and the correct relationship with God. The eightfold path makes no specific mention of honoring parents, but is implied in the all-inclusive mankind. It also makes no mention of having a special day set aside for spirituality or worshiping other Gods. The Buddha is not considered a diety per se (with a few denominational exclusions), but a state of being for which to strive. Judeo-Christian belief is monotheistic and makes no mention of inner searching in the ten commandments (later passages cover the philosophy of inner peace and joy, but are a result of correct outer action in the Old Testament). The similarities include the prohibition of murder, stealing, inappropriate sex, covetousness, and lying. Again, the commandments prohibit the act directly: Thou shalt not steal; whereas the path prohibits the act by a comparison: Do not conduct yourself in the manner of a thief. The result is the same, but the approach is opposite. So in short the main difference between the two is the Buddhist inner leads to outer good, and the Judeo-Christian outer leads to inner good.
