Arabic name of god is "ilah"

As Muslims are strict monotheists, they don't use word "god" or "Ilah". At the time of Muhammad, there were many gods/idols etc...So, Muslims rejected those idols and believed in ONE GOD of MOSES,ABRAHAM etc.Muslims use word "Allah" which means "THE GOD".

PS: Arabic is hella complex language.Different dialects will have different words for same thing.
