The main difference is that the Catholic Church was founded by Jesus Christ 2000 years ago, guaranteed by Him until the end of the world, and He sent the Holy Spirit to guide it into all truth. All of the others were founded by men approximately 1,500 years later, have no guarantees from God, and are not guided by the Holy Spirit.
