There is no difference in that they both believe what and how it happened (because they both have the same book, Genesis, describing creation), but Christians believe that Jesus created the universe (John 1:1-18), and Jews denounce that Jesus is God.
The above is partly true. It is partly by the fact that both the Jewish faith and Christian faith both believe in how "life" was created.
